Instructions for Score Clock and Score Sheets
Good afternoon Laker Families,
I am re-sending an email and the attachments to all families to familiarize yourselves with the score sheet and score clock procedures. We had a MAJOR issue in our last game in which we could not get a volunteer to help with the scoring but THANKFULLY the Greendell team had THREE separate volunteers so they graciously allowed us to not have to forfeit the game.
Forgive my tone but I cannot stress this enough; IF A FAMILY MEMBER DOES NOT VOLUNTEER WE HAVE TO FORFEIT! I appreciate and thank all of those that have already "done their time" however do to our limited fan turn-out there may be times that you will be called upon again to help the boys out. I would hate to see the kids suffer a humiliating loss because no one would step-up.
Neither are complicated and actually get you really "into" the game! They are so easy in fact that the Gym Supervisor can teach you in like two minutes if you don't remember the videos.
It would be even better/ convenient if we could set up a schedule so we're not left in a panic five minutes before each game. Let me know if there is a specific date that you'd like to request. (There are nine games plus playoffs left)
